Impacto de la herbívora por insectos en el área protegida Refugio de Vida Silvestre Sitio Ramsar Humedal Bahía de Panamá

El día 6 de abril, investigadores y estudiantes del Museo de Invertebrados G. B. Fairchild conjuntamente con El Instituto de Investigaciones Tropicales iniciamos el proyecto sobre "Impacto de la herbívora por insectos en el área protegida Refugio de Vida Silvestre Sitio Ramsar Humedal Bahía de Panamá", dónde por los próximos seis meses se estará levantando información sobre insectos polinizadores, xilófagos y formadores de agallas para conocer el impacto que tienen estos sobre las especies de manglares presentes. Gracias al personal de smithsonianpanama por proveer los fondos para la realización de esta investigación.
